Be Socially Selective
Never re-friend a person that has tried to destroy your reputation, your money, or your relationship. A snake only sheds its skin to become a bigger snake!
This is a powerful reminder that not everyone in your life has your best interests at heart. You must be cautious about who you allow to be a part of your life.
In life, you may encounter people who are jealous, envious, or simply not aligned with your values and goals. These people may try to harm you in various ways, such as spreading lies and rumors, sabotaging your finances, or interfering in your relationships. When you realize that someone you trusted has done you wrong in these ways, it can be tempting to give them another chance and rekindle your friendship or relationship.
However, you should avoid doing so. A snake only sheds its skin to become a bigger snake. This implies that someone who has harmed you in the past is likely to do so again in the future, perhaps even more maliciously. You should not trust someone who has tried to destroy your reputation, hurt your financial situation, or interfere with your relationships, as they are likely to have a hidden agenda and act against your interests. A snake may shed its skin, but it is still a snake!
People who harm others often do so out of jealousy, envy, or a desire for power or control. They may not be able to achieve their goals on their own, so they resort to harming others to elevate themselves. Giving them another chance is likely to result in more harm to yourself and your loved ones.
You should be cautious about who you allow into your life and not give second chances to those who have harmed you in significant ways. It is important to protect yourself from those who may act against your interests, and surround yourself with people who are supportive, trustworthy, loyal, and aligned with your values and goals. Be very careful when it comes to who you allow in your life!
